mitch2k
Hello, I sell hosting packages that come with free domains. But apparantly, domain renewal notices are not sent for free domains, so I have to 'rely' on the invoice that is generated 30 days in advance of the due date. The problem is that with this system the customers don't get (enough) reminders about the fact that their hosting package (and their connected free domain) is goiing to end. Once the due date of the invoice is past, the domain get quarantined, and it costs me twice the cost of the domain to reactivate it. I want customers to get an invoice (or renewal notice) 30 days before the end of the cycle, and then receive a reminder at 21, 15, 7 and 1 day(s) before the end. As far as I can see, with an invoice, you can get only get 1 reminder before the due date, and 3 reminders after the due date. So is there a solution or trick to get more invoice reminders before the due date, or trigger the renewal notices for free domains? Or maybe there is another aproach for this? I can't imagine that there isn't anyone else with this problem, so maybe someone has found a solution or a trick, or maybe there is a custom module (which I haven't found ) thanks!
