BryanB Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 Before version five we used to see a clear number of support tickets that were in "open" or "client-reply" status. That doesn't seem to be possible anymore. Is there anyway to get this back? I used to click on the number and it would take me to the /supporttickets.php page. Now the support tickets widget on the home page seems to be showing me my flagged tickets which are all closed and is completely useless.
