pacwebhosting
Hi Jas, again I havent used the new version but this may be something to do with specifying where a client/package is allowed to upgraded/downgraded to etc so you may have to set that somewhere. Sorry for posting without actually using the latest on a couple of posts I am just hoping to lend a hand. Cheers Paul

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 3, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 3, 2007 You sure you aren't using a template folder from the previous version?
jas
Hi Matt, Yer ive cleared out the temp_c and uploaded everything from the zip for 3.2 so it would overwrite any old templates wouldnt it? Jas
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 3, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 3, 2007 No, not if you have a custom templates folder. See the readme file, step 6 for an upgrade. Matt

joe123
before you can upgrade and downgrade packages you have to do the following(if you haven't done so yet) Gonfiguratin > products/Services and select the package you want to allow customers to upgrade then > click "other" and mark the packages that this package is allowed to upgrade/downgrde to. I just tested it and it works fine.
