VicToMeyeZR Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 I don't know if v4 was updated for v5.0.3 but in the support tickets page, no matter how many tickets are active or open the side menu still always says 0 On this screen shot there is actually 10 tickets active. 0 awaiting reply, 3 replied to, and the rest in hold status. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I also re uploaded the template files and and then again changed and re-saved my admin template profile. I also cleared all the cache files.
