Maybe I missed it.

But are accounts automatically registered at payment via for example Paypal?

Accounts are automatically setup once payment has been recieved if that is how you have set it up to work via your whmcs admin panel.

Hey,

Depending on the options you have setup, yes they can. Once an order is placed and if you mark the option, paid for, WHMCS will setup the account.

Pardon me for bringing up an old topic, but I'm having a bit of a problem at my end, I just made an account to test things out, (with a 100% off coupon), the account created fine and everything went well, but two things:

1. I got several different emails, Invoice, Invoice Paid, Welcome to billing system, account information, order confirmation.

Surely theres an easier way to do it than sending the customer 5 emails when they set up a new account?

2. Even though the invoice was showing up as paid, and the account had been set up because the customer had "paid" (the amount was free), the order still showed as "pending" and when I clicked confirm, it sent the user yet another email with the account information!

Could someone give me a bit of help before I submit a support ticket.

Thanks
