i can not see a pdf invoice

Hello:

 

Every time that i go inside invoice and click on Download PDF then the .pdf invoice is blank.....i used to see the .pdf invoices well but now all that i see is blank screen

Did you edit the pdf invoice file at all?

 

Also make sure you have your templace_c folder has the correct permission for your user account to read/write into it.

nope, only changed the images paid, unpaid and cancelled

Hey,

 

When you changed them, with in the file or just replaced the images?

 

If the images are to big, or to small, it might break it.

 

Also clear our your template_c folder.

Hi Adam:

 

I renamed the file paid with paid_original.png and uploaded a new one called paid.png with the same size...maybe i have to delete the original files on this folder ? i cleared the templates_c folder

The templates_c folder is for the client area templates only and is not related to PDF invoice generation. If this happened when you changed the image file, try changing it back to the default and if that works then that image is the issue - not size however, but maybe the wrong file type.

Solved. the problem was with my pdfconfig.php that was not name correctly.
