PPH Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 Not sure if it is a qualified bug, but we feel it is as we had selected a specific customer account to override auto suspensions for his account due to his many tries to outsmart the system. He has more than 1 account and keeps bypassing one that is 2 months overdue and pays the other account which unsuspends when he pays. It did the unsuspension with auto suspension override checked on the product. We understand that there is a global setting that handles global unsuspensions, but needed the override to work for suspension and unsuspension. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
