Live Help addon and V5??

Currently using the Live Help addon in my Portal template, and it's in the right hand area of that template.

 

Just wondering where on earth this should be placed in the V5.x new 'Default' template.... there does not seem to be a good place to put it?

 

Any suggestions or examples of where other Live Help users are putting it?
