Rob K
Hi My system has generated an invoice for a domain renewal but the domain isn't due for renewal until Nov 2013, the renewal period is 2 Year/s (22/11/2013 - 21/11/2015). The 'Next Due Date' is 22/11/2013 and the same for Expiry date. Why has the system generated an invoice 2 years early? If I cancel the invoice will it still generate one closer to the time? Thanks Rob

Thanks Rob I should imagine the 'Next Due Date' is now 22/11/2013 only because the new invoice has been generated. Prior to the invoice being issued, it would have been 22/11/2011, which is why it was generated.
Rob K
Why would the 'next due date' be updated when the invoiuce hasn't been paid?
