nveid
When you expire promo codes for customers that haven't had to pay in several months, the 'next due date' doesn't jump unto the next relative payment cycle they should be in.
bigwetfish
Are you trying to say that if you setup, for example, a 100% off promo code and then expire the code in say 4 months the packages that were setup on that promo code do not get set back up to full price? If so that is not a bug. You need to set the number of times a promo can recur. That is the only way to auto reset the price of a plan after the promotional period has finished. The expiration is only when you can no longer use it during the order process. If this is not your issue please post more details so the community and staff can investigate and advise further.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 29, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 29, 2011 When you expire promotion codes, the next due date of customers using those promo codes is not meant to change. If a customer hasn't had to pay, and the price has therefore been free due to a 100% discount being given, then (1) the next due date would update each cycle free of charge anyway and (2) changing the terms of a promotion once users are assigned to it does not affect users already assigned to that promotion, they will still be even after the change. If it's a time limited expiring promo then you need to set that up in the first place. Matt
