Jowwow Posted November 19, 2011 Share Posted November 19, 2011 I'm getting kinda frustrated... we've got an email account called "IT" and we want to use it for places like whmcs support tickets and other software we use so we can use give it to them as a contact email address yet the whmcs system will take that email, send it to everyone on the it department and allow us to send a reply back to them. now we have it for "now auto reply, but it still creates a "ticket email" to the it group instead of just sending the mail throuigh. Am I missing some step somewhere or am I being unrealistic. Billing is another email addy where this happens, although in this case we did allow response cause we couldn't figure out what else to do.
