robwee
I'm getting a strange occurrence and want to see whether anyone here has experienced this first hand. After cron is run each morning I get report stating that invoices has been created. This morning it stated that 2 invoices generated but when I login to WHMCS there's only 1. Last month, the report says 7 and there's none showed in WHMCS. I am baffled. Please help. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 11, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 11, 2011 Left a duplicate copy of your install somewhere when migrating it by any chance? Old server, backup copy, etc..? Happens more often than you'd think Matt
robwee
Not sure Matt. I paid you guys the professional fee to upgrade to ver. 4.5. I always do. But this last time, it's acting a little strange. Would you mind taking a look at this? You perform an upgrade to 4.5.2 not too long ago.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 11, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 11, 2011 It couldn't be an upgrade. I'm talking about an actual move. You wouldn't believe the number of times people move to a new server, migrate to a new host, etc... but leave the old install running so you then have 2 crons, and activity going on that you don't see in your current install. robwee
No this is the same server I have been on for 4 years. The only difference is that you've recently upgraded for me on this same server. No crons elsewhere.
