Hook for Post-Fraud Check

I have a client group called "Fraud" which I place clients accounts into when they have made fraudulent orders. Basically, its so me and my staff can see the different highlighted colour, and we know that they are not an active client, because they placed a fraud order.

 

I want to make a hook, that will perform the following, AFTER running a fraud check:

 

(a) Close (not delete) the clients account; and

(b) Move the client to the "Fraud" group.

 

Could someone possibly help me out, or give me some ideas on where to start?
