Suspending Paid Accounts

Why does this suspend accounts that are paid?

 

Also, the automation is disabled for suspending account.

Configuration >> Automation Settings >> Automatically Suspend Accounts is NOT checked.

 

And, on the users account that was just suspended, on the Hosting tab at the bottom there is a tick box that says "Tick this box to overide automatic suspension and not suspend this account should it be overdue".

 

That box is also CHECKED.

 

Yet this software STILL suspends accounts?

 

Any suggestions?!
