Admin Roles

Is it possible to setup up an admin role in which they can only view actions assigned to them?

 

For example I would like to create an outsourcer role in which they can login and complete tasks assigned to them but not be able sto see every project that is loaded on the system or other users.

Nope sorry that isn't possible. You can control access to particular sections using the roles, and restrict to certain actions using the permissions, but can't limit access to specific records within those sections.
