LizK
I am having problems with domains. I set up an account with enom and I even gave them my credit card number and they took out $1 two weeks ago to verify the account. I have a customer who bought a domain name and paid me for hosting. In my pay pal I have the payment received for both hosting and domain name. But she did not get the domain. I contacted Hostgator to see why the website was not going up and they said domain is not purchased. I contacted Enom and they won't talk to me. They said since I went to them through WHMCS to contact WHMCS directly about the domain and why my client was not able to get the domain she paid for. Right now anyone can get that domain even though she paid. Please help. Did I miss on anything. I don't want clients yelling at me when they pay money but I cannot release the domain name. She got the confirmation that she registered the domain and I also got the confirmation too. Please help. See the email below that I received right after she made the payment. I have taken out all her personal information from the email for privacy reasons and I also put XXXXXX on the domain info. but this is what I got. Does anyone know what I should do? m8internet
You have the monies for the Domain Name, register it manually Check your WHMCS error log
LizK
Register manually? I could but is that how I will be doing for everyone? Just curious.. I thought once everything is configured it should be automated. I just bought this reseller from Hostgator and she is my first customer. Where would I go to register the domain manually without it going on my name but the actual customers name..sorry am just a little confused.
m8internet
Register manually? I could but is that how I will be doing for everyone? Meet the customers requirements and order first (and as a high priority) Once you have completed this, move on to why the order failed As above, examine the WHMCS error log first Within enom place the order and copy the customer details into the registrant details Leave the admin and billing unchanged, these will be your details
