xxkylexx
Just sent in a ticket. I've had whmcs for 3 months now, and this has happened both times I am due to make a payment each month. Hope this doesn't happen each time.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 29, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 29, 2006 Hi, At the moment there are a few problems with the licensing system so it isn't emailing you. I keep getting on to the company who make it about the issues but they don't seem very willing to help so in the next few weeks I will be making my own invoice notification system for it. But for now, the important thing is this: if you have signed up using 2CheckOut you need to remember login each month and pay the invoice which will be sitting in your client area. If however you sign up on PayPal, then as long as you do not cancel your subscription this will not happen - you do not need to do anything. One important thing is that once it has expired, then paying an invoice does not automatically reactivate it. It then requires manual reactivation so by sending 6 support tickets in does not speed it up - if anything just slows it down. xxkylexx
Hey Matt, Is there any way I can get on a PayPal invoicing system instead of the subscriptions, so I know when it is due each month? I thought I would get some type of email or invoice this way letting me know there was a payment due. Thanks for answering my 1 ticket, and understanding the situation . Also, I just sent you the payment for this month's. Kyle
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 29, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 29, 2006 Hi Kyle, Thanks, payment received and due date modified Your next due date is 28/07/2006. If you would like a link to signup for a subscription again please email support@whmcs.com or alternatively by this time next month my email notification system should be up and running to warn you in advance when a payment is due. I hope the downtime didn't inconvenience you too much. And yes, the 6 tickets were from Alfahmad! Matt
xxkylexx
I'm not really a fan of subscriptions, so I'll be paying manually. Will there be some type of announcment when this change to the billing system is made? Thanks, Kyle
