Swannie
Newby here - Hope I am not asking silly questions.... I downloaded the demo, installed it and it seems to be working fine except for dates. I tried to add expiry dates but it defaults back to "No Expiry Date". Also when I try to update "Next Due Date" on the customer product/service, it just defaults to "0000/00/00". Can one of you clever people help? Swannie
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 20, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 20, 2007 Are you definately entering the date in the correct format? For example with the YYYY/MM/DD format it must be 2007/06/20 - not 2007/6/20 Btw, please don't post duplicate threads. Matt
Swannie
Sorry for the duplication. I am using the calander control to select a date.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 20, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 20, 2007 How does the date display in the field after selecting one?
Swannie
i figured it out - The calander control can not add the date in "0000/00/00" format. But if I manually enter it like "200t/07/02" it works fine. Thanks for the help so far.
