RisenAngel
I have a few questions that are not properly being addressed and I was wondering if anyone else here has experienced the same issue. I've tried doing the installation myself, come to find out ioncube is already installed on the system like it should have been. But I'm receiving a generic 500 error when trying to access the script. My question is how far does the paid basic installtion go? Does it simply install the files on the server or does it ensure that the system runs before turning us loose? I am frustrated and losing too much time trying to figure it out. My current billing solution is simple invoices so yeah...definitely time to upgrade.
Seiya
Could be a number of things. Best thing to do for any 500 error is to look at your web servers log file. Its usually somewhere in /var/log/. Access the site and then tail the log file to see what the error is. Ensure that you have given your webserver write permission to the templates_c folder.
