angst7
Howdy, I just switched from modernbill 4 to WHMCS, and so far I have to say that I'm thrilled with the decision. But I do have one quick question that I can't find info on searching around here. Is there a way to increase the number of days the system will wait before sending a "Subscription Payment Due" email on paypal subscriptions where the customer is paying by paypal check (or any subscription for that matter)? I've set the Invoice overdue reminder in the automated settings t o 5 days, but for subscriptions the system is firing off the email after 2 days. It normally takes a few days for these paypal check payments to clear, so I'd like to delay the emails from being sent. Thanks!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 18, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 18, 2007 Hi there, Unfortunately there isn't a way to delay those emails. They get sent as soon as the payment is determined to not be occuring automatically. Matt
angst7
Ok. After some thought I suppose I could just set the due date forward a couple days for paypal check payments. Thanks for the quick response.
