Using HostGator with WHMCS

I am VERY new to the hosting gig. I have a reseller account with Hostgator. I have a WHMCS account that was setup through Hostgator.

 

Am I correct is assuming that I can configure WHMCS to setup a hosting account on a HostGator server automatically?

 

Is there a tutorial on how to do this? What I want to do is have WHMCS connect to a hostgator server and create an account send out the emails and notify me when they are up and running.

 

I think I can do that right??? Do I have to setup a "server" inside WHMCS and would this server be all the HostGator info?

Yes, just use your reseller username and password and access key.
