rbro
I've gotten a few of these email notifications in the last few days, but in each case, the old and new details are exactly the same, so if the purpose of these notifications is to "preserve" the old details for the admin, I don't think it's working correctly. Also I don't see any record of such changes in the activity log, is that normal?
Dominic
Those situations could be people changing passwords or card details, I think

DataHosts
All you have to do is compare the original to the updated...no big deal
disenioweb
"All you have to do is compare the original to the updated...no big deal" no big deal, ok, but if the system could mark with bold what the user changed, better...

brianoz
at one stage, there was a bug in that the old and new were the same - thought this had been fixed though in 3.1.2 - what version do you have?
SpookedOut
I have 3.1.2 and it works perfectly
rbro
I have 3.1.2 and it works perfectly I've goten about 6 of these now. 5 of the 6 have the same exact details in the old and new info. But as someone else suggested, perhaps the user is just updating their cc number or password and it doesn't show in the email.
brianoz
Would probably be nice if it said "credit card details were updated from ..... 3456 to .......... 4123" rather than just displaying identical details. You listening, Matt?
generic
perhaps they are just clicking update witout making any changes, thus causing the email but not actually changing any info. In that case, it would be identical info.
