How to enable change password on product details client area

Hi

 

I have been creating a provisioning module and need to know how to allow the client to update their server password.

 

From what I have seen there is an if statement "{if $modulechangepassword}" but I cannot see where or how to set that variable.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
