automating cpanel creation?

Hello,

 

We have a remote order form that we are trying to make work with WHMCS...When the form is processed, it adds the client and creates everything ok.

 

Although we have it set to "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed", the account is never set up! If we log in via the whmcs account admin and press 'create' the account is created though.

 

WE have plenty of space for hosting, and things SEEM to be set fine (when I checked it against the 'Common Problems' that can occur)

 

One other interesting thing I noticed was that if I call the modulecreate via the api (http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Module_Create) and pass in the value by hand (after I look it up in phpmyadmin), it works.

 

So the question is...am I doing something wrong? Or do I need to call modulecreate by hand after the account is made? And if I'm supposed to call it by hand, how do I find out the "accountid"? (I can't find an api call that returns it)
