Adam
Hey, This is nothing that WHMCS can cause, you are going to have to contact PayPal as WHMCS is NOT PayPal. From, Adam
Zaxihosting
Yes I have contact paypal to phone many times. Another interesting point is the different ID Look: - Dear xxxxxx(me), xxxx(Client) has opened a dispute for the payment made to you on Jun 12, 2007 indicating that the item they received did not match your original description. Your Transaction ID:8HH62871P4888844J Buyer's Transaction ID:69750964V61206603 By opening this dispute, xxxxx(client) is asking for your help to resolve this issue. This is your best opportunity to resolve this problem before the buyer escalates it to a PayPal claim or files a chargeback with their card issuer. ---- The Transaction Id both mine and buyer shouldnt be the same? Maybe this is the reason paypal automatically open disputes? Regards
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 14, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 14, 2007 Your buyers opening disputes with you has nothing to do with WHMCS, it is either because the client is not happy with the service you have provided or because the buyer who has sent you money is believed by PayPal to be fraudulent. This is something you will need to take up with PayPal. Topic closed.
