Patty Posted September 28, 2011 Share Posted September 28, 2011 In Portuguese, at least (didn't try another language) when replying to a ticket a new invoice is being generated with value zero and sent to client. The default option is set as Invoice Immediately (in English) and the same in Portuguese. In English it does not generate a new invoice but in Portuguese it does, we need to remember to switch to Don't invoice for now.
