WHMCS and Heart Internet

Hi there,

So I'll get straight to the point...

I've got Heart Internet and didnt want to use their built in system for clients so thought I would give WHMCS a go, but even after downloading the WHMCS module and installing, I still cant get the thing to work.

Anyone got any advice?

Someone from Heart Internet has even made sure all the server details should be correct, but their telling me my user name should be my registered e-mail address? And then when I try to add a package to a client it tells me the package doesnt exist?

This was covered on a previous thread. Based on your date i am assuming that your using the old module.

The WHMCS module works just fine with the heart infrastructure, but it may be worth checking a couple of things to ensure it works.

1. Make sure that you have the following two ports open on your server 674 & 774

2. Make sure that in the server details you have heartinternet selected and your API password entered.

Finally this nearly caught me out look at your API password and if it has a full stop at the end, then it is only a full stop and not part of your password. I think in the reseller centre it always shows the password with the full stop at the end and can mislead you into thinking its part of the api password

If your using the new module then you need to enable the new ports used by the new API
