Available Credit Balance wrong

Hello:

 

-I have a customer who display in admin area that has u$s 15 in credit...but i never add this credit to this customer....when i go ta manage credits i dont see any credit to edit, except that he has u$s 15 in credit....how can i resolve this ?

Hi Gabriel,

 

Credit can be altered and entered manually which is what sounds like happened here without an official credit note from the Clients Profile tab. Just click onto that and you'll see a credit field where you can manually alter the customers balance.

Ok Matt, i add a new credit of u$s -15 and solved this.
