Sonar IM - Sneak Peak

As you guys know, WHMCS Addon has successfully distributing our free live support addon for over a year. It has been a key part in our success providing you with quality addons.

Later this month we plan to be releasing our latest live support addon "Sonar IM" and depreciating our current live support addon. You only have less then two weeks to register for our free live support addon before registration for it closes forever.

Rest assured Sonar IM brings in huge overall improvements to our live support addon. Our fancy new design took us 4months to develop it just right! We designed this specifically with you in mind.

A quick sneak peak on the client end:

A quick sneak peak on the operator end:

The client area has been designed to quickly be added to any site in a hurry and look great! The "Ask us anything..." tag line directly calls your users to action to start chatting. With the help of a brilliant sales team you will easily be able to hook any prospecting new clients.

Of course direct WHMCS integration is still there. Users can login at anytime during the conversation to prove their identity securely to the operator. The conversations are also stored in the users account after the conversation has been concluded.

The admin area has various features throughout it that we believe to be fairly self explanatory. Feels like a chat room, but works like an instant messenger. You can see everyone who is online and begin chatting to them in seconds.

We did away with the old request to chat method that most live support applications use. Instead it made sense to just start a conversation with any of your visitors instantaneously.

We worked hard to listen to your requests on this project based on your opinions on the previous live support addon. Our job is never done and we would love to hear your opinions on Sonar IM before we even release!

Thanks, we have worked hard on it. We hope to a have a demo version out soon before our initial launch. It is 100% a web based application. We have no plans to build any sort of desktop version. Desktop apps are becoming more and more obsolete and the upkeep on a desktop application is a lot more work. We may create an Adobe Air version in the future.

As well we plan to develop a mobile site/app for the application after the initial launch.

We have a few other interesting things coming into the application after our initial launch. But the plan is to keep the application as simple as possible without overloading it with too many features which other live support applications seem to thrive on doing.
