Snowman Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 is there a way to have knowledgebase suggestions come up in the admin when answering a ticket? Its a pain to have to go search thru our 2000 odd kb articles and folders to find a link to give to a client to a particular article in the kb, be hand if relevant links and or a search appeared in the ticket response page in the admin... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
