chrishaley Posted June 25, 2006 Share Posted June 25, 2006 I want to say I've seen this in another thread somewhere, but I did a search and couldn't find it anywhere. Anyway, I use Authorize.net for CC processing. When the time comes, my WHMCS tries to auto-bill the credit card for the user's hosting, however, month after month, the transaction fails. If I log on as the user and attempt to pay the invoice, the user's country is ALWAYS set to Afghanistan. Once I select "US => United States" the CC payment goes through OK. But once I go back to the user's profile info, the country isn't right, so it seems the Country field in the user's profile, and the Country field when attempting to pay an invoice aren't consistent with each other. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Always Afghanistan on the Client Details page in the portal (and I think in the admin interface).
