Editable Support Department Custom Fields

Is it possible to make the Custom Fields in a ticket editable, by the submitter?

For example, I used the example here - http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=41409 and created some Custom Fields for the customer to select when they create a ticket, but they cannot change that selection once the ticket is created.

 

I would like a way for them to be able to go back and change the answer they selected.
