Dragonsys Posted September 17, 2011 Share Posted September 17, 2011 Is it possible to make the Custom Fields in a ticket editable, by the submitter? For example, I used the example here - http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=41409 and created some Custom Fields for the customer to select when they create a ticket, but they cannot change that selection once the ticket is created.
