Server statuspage not work 100%

I have a problems with server status page for row:

1. Uptime
   
2. And Server Load
   

 

I was correctly put the url for the server status like i was read it carefully in whmcs documentation.

but it's still not shown for Uptime and server load.

 

Following this url:

http://clients.neotech-r3.com/status/

 

The file attached is index.php inside the folder status.

 

Probably someone could help me with this issue?
