"You Save"

Wondering if there was an addon or script for the checkout to where it says "You save x amount of dollers"

 

 

I am a game service provider and give people 5% off discounts for 3 months, 10% for 6 and 15% for 12 months and would like it to change the "Setup fee" to "You save"

 

If anyone knows anything about this, or if its possible, please reply here or pm me.
