jissh
Our WHCMS has only been live for about a week now and everything seemed to be fine until this morning when we received a order for a .ca domain. We use Enom as our registrar. Additional information is required for these domains which WHCMS seemed to pick up on. However even after filling in the extra registration information we get the following error. "An Error Occured Optional Attribute: cira-org-registered-in is required." Has anyone else had this issue or know how to correct it?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 9, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 9, 2007 WHMCS does not currently support the passing of that to Enom. It has been added for the next update but until then you'll have to register .ca domains manually at Enom. Matt
jissh
Thanks Matt for the quick reply, looking forward to the next update as 80% of our client base is Canadian

digitalfin
Same here. Didn't have a .ca request for a while but it returns exactly the same error now. It used to work fine. Is this something that can be fixed relatively quickly?
