Setting up a series of automatic e-mails

Hi,

 

I dont use WHMCs for hosting, but what we do use it for it is very useful and works awesome.

 

Anyways, I'd like to be able to set it so clients who sign up and don't place an order will receive a series of emails. Once they have an active product, then they will be taken out of the email series.

 

Sounds pretty simple, any suggestions?
