Ordering through Directi UK domains

Hi all...

 

I had a little problem with a client ordering a UK domain through Directi on WHMCS. Everytime I went to register is through WHMCS it came up saying registers name invalid or soemthing like that.

 

Any ideas anyone? Is this a feature not support by the current version or something?
