Regarding Customisation in Order Confirmation template

Hello All,

In Order Confirmation Email template, I want to add Order Processing Time, so that customer can be aware of how much time tentatively it will take to process that order.

 

For Example

 

1) If it is Shared Account, the text in the email will be something like

 

Order processing time: Shared Hosting Account: (~ 10min)

 

2) If it is Reseller Account, the text will be something like

 

Order processing time: Reseller Hosting Account: (~ 10min)

 

and similar for VPS and Dedicated Server, How do I do that, In Order Confirmation template, I could find only {$order_details}

 

Please guide.
