Weird behaviour after changing dates

I'm having a problem with an installation we're trying to get up and running. I've been doing billing runs with the date on the server set forward to the beginning of September so I can test the transition from the old system to the new.

 

I've flicked the date back on the system and now my Admin page comes up white. I've turned on errors (per the sticky) but I'm not seeing any errors reported (in fact still nothing at all).

 

Anyone got ant ideas where to start for this?
