rbro
I have someone integrating Kayako w/WHMCS for my site, but it seems we have a bit of a communication disconnect. Here's the integrated WHMCS client area: http://whmcs.1host.com/index.php that looks fine to me. And if you click on submit ticket, you are taken to an integrated kayako page: http://support.1host.com/index.php?_a=tickets&_m=submit&PHPSESSID and that's ok as well. But then from the tickets page, if you click on "home" at the top, it takes you to the "main" kayako/support page: http://support.1host.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=135d5bcc40027a92c3abcc03bbd7250a I don't really want 2 conflicting "systems" essentially. I don't want 2 knowledgebases, 2 download areas etc. Are we going about this the wrong way, or is it just a matter of changing links. I really just want kayako integrated to submit and review helpdesk tickets. I'd like WHMCS to handle everything else for the most part - KB, downloads etc.

Change that home link back to your whmcs install. Also, you should upgrade to version 3 of Kayako and not have version 2 installed. rbro
Thanks. Haven't made the leap to ver. 3 yet. Ver. 2 works fine for us. 3 seems a bit bloated.
