Banned From Admin

I have been recently banned from my admin control panel. I went into the database and deleted my IP and username from the "tblbannedips" table. I then tried to log back in and WHMCS bans me again. I have deleted it several times and retried to login several times and still have yet to access the admin control panel.

It says it banned my IP so I went to a friends computer with a different IP and tried logging in once and it said I am banned.

Is there any other way around this? Thanks for your time.

Are you doing anything that could be causing this ban, perhaps failing the login system multiple times? If so, just hit the "forgot password" link to get a new password for your admin account. Also, if you are banned it usually does not last long, but you may need to ask another admin to unban you, if there is another admin.

You could also use a vpn to try and access your admin panel, reset your pass, and then login again.

I had tried to login 3 times using the wrong password. I forgot I had changed it. So I asked for the password to be sent to me but I never received it in my email nor was it in my SPAM folder. I tried this several times over the course of a 24 hour period. As for the ban, I decided to wait a full day since i didn't really need to get in there and I tried this morning JUST ONCE and it redirected me the BAN page. Unfortunately there are no other admins at this time that I am aware of.

What is a vpn?
