C++ and PHP adaptation for software subscriptions

We are facing a problem with my coder.

Actually we are working on a project to rent software for the financial industry, here is the email I received from my coder:

Hello,

 

I needed time to review whmcs API. I did not found way how to get necessary info about users, product and licenses. License is not connected to product , just to user. If you want to have several Masters it is impossible to get which Slave connected to which Master.

So all users can use single license with any Master.

 

Also i found way how to get all licenses, and did not find how to split on newly created and existing, so each time the php Engine needs to fetch all of them and separate. It is not issue when you have 100-200 users, but for 1000-3000 it will take hours to sync whmcs licenses/users with copier.
