Referred Signups not showing all signups when using custom percentage

Hi,

 

A few days ago I switched our better affiliates to a custom commission percentage instead of using the system-wide default.

 

For these affiliates the sales still show up in "Pending Commissions" but no longer in "Referred Signups".

 

For other affiliates who still use the system default percentage, new sign ups are correctly shown in both "Referred Signups" and "Pending Commissions".

 

Does anyone else use custom commissions percentages? If so, are you seeing the same issue?
