BobC Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 At the top of the Product/Services information for a client, it says (in part): Cancellation Request NoticeA cancellation request exists for this item and so it will not be invoiced when due As stated, no invoice was created for the product. However, one was created for the product's addons. I assumed that when a product is in cancellation status, that would also apply to any addons as well -- it should since addons should never be invoiced separately (they're part of the product). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
