moep_za
Good Day, Lately we are receiving massive spam form email addresses ending with .co.jp or just .jp. Is there anyway to ban/blacklist entire tld's from submitting tickets. I know its possible to block @domain.jp, but just .jp? I tried: .jp *.jp It didnt seem to work. Any tips? Thanks:-)
moep_za
Edit. I just realized that when a spammer logs a ticket and I hit Ban and delete, it bans the email, however, the same email can still log a ticket? Am I missing something here?
m8internet
Why not just amend the settings so that only clients can submit support tickets? All other sales tickets can then be reviewed
moep_za
Thanks m8internet, but thats besides the point. Point is, that the ban option does not work and needs to be addressed. I have tested this on 2 different whmcs installations. Our whmcs and a partner companies whmcs. I would set it to registered users, but we have many users that are keyboard handicapped if you know what I mean
