How to create ticket on order of specific product?

Hi,

 

I am wanting WHMCS to create a ticket automatically upon the action of a particular product being ordered. The ticket created would be from Support Department XXX and be a template sent to the account owner of the product that was just ordered... i.e. Dear {$client_name}. The ticket must be tagged to the account so it appears in their list of emails.

 

it would be good also if I could put a merge field in the template email that listed the products just ordered, their value and the next date of renewal.

 

Any ideas...hope its not to hard?!
