How to judge webpage content in point of SEO?

I am little bit confused about my website web page content.

 

First of all my webpage content is unique but i cant justify with my targeted keywords.....

 

i searched in Google and i got only about

 

 

• Keyword Density
  
• Keyword Frequency
  
• Keyword Prominence
  
• Keyword Proximity
  

 

 

i didn't understand about all this in deeply but i know it's affects SERP.

 

so help me, how to all this things use in my website content....?
