Is there a way to add some notes that will always appear on a customers invoice?

Is there a way to add some notes that will always appear on a customers invoice? These notes will be different from each customer, but each customer will be the same month to month.

Out of the box no.. But you can follow this guide http://docs.whmcs.com/PDF_Invoice#Displaying_Custom_Fields to create what you need.. or hire somebody to develop it the way you want..

That looks like just what I was talking about.

 

But that is for the PDF. Is there a way to do it for the online/email version?

Are you sure it is only for PDF? The documentation states "...displayed on the printable and PDF invoices..." Since html versions are printable, I would think it would show on those invoices as well. The best way to find out is to set it up and try it with a dummy account. If it works, great. If not, then you can remove the note. I send invoices to all customers in PDF format so it wouldn't be a problem for me.
