Mudassir Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 Hi, I am the Full Administrator of my WHMCS, when i click on tickets awaiting reply i get this message "You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets "???? -There are two departments in my system. -Iam Full Administrator.
