cmsplushosting
Hi, is it better to create packages in WHM and let WHMCS find them or the other way around? Thanks Yes, its better because its a centralized place to do product management. If you used another product management tool ie. a CRM or some other sort of tool, then importing products and services into WHMCS might be best. Depending on your product model. (domains or otherwise) Hope this helps.
vethost
I do not believe it is a viable optpion as WHMCS requires you to set up packages in its program first before you import anything from WHM. What one does when resellers have designed their own packages is another interesting question when you're adding WHMCS to the mix.
